Quality Engineer with French - Automotive Sector

• Salary: We establish a salary band from €35,000 to €45,000, which will be set according to the experience you can bring us. We will finalize this during the first calls.
• Vacation: 24 working days, in addition to December 24th and 31st. When you have been with the company for 3 years, you add one more vacation day, and upon reaching 8 years of seniority, you get one more!!

Job Mission: Your objective will be to lead quality activities during product development, ensuring compliance with customer requirements , internal standards, and international directives. You will be the point of reference for homologation, traceability, and validation, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.  Main responsibilities: +Lead product FMEAs and the implementation of quality tools during development phases.+Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and international regulations.+Coordinate homologation activities with official entities.+Manage product modifications and ensure the traceability of special characteristics.+Participate in design reviews and define control plans, gauges, and validation systems.+Support the definition of functional test benches and coordinate environmental and EE/EMC testing.+Analyze validation results and propose technical solutions.+Collaborate in product industrialization and in the improvement of costs, quality, and performance.  Profile requirements: +University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.+High level of French and English (oral and written). High level of Catalan is valued.+Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (customer quality)+Knowledge of mechanical products.+Experience in the automotive sector and in plastic parts.   Why work at Expleo?
