Quality Engineer with Italian - Automotive Sector

• Salary: We establish a salary band from €35,000 to €45,000, which will be set according to the experience you can bring us. We will finalize this during the first calls.
• Vacation: 24 working days, in addition to December 24th and 31st. When you have been with the company for 3 years, you add one more vacation day, and upon reaching 8 years of seniority, you get one more!!

Job Mission: Your objective will be to lead quality activities during product development, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and international directives. You will be the point of reference for homologation, traceability, and validation, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.  Main Responsibilities: +Lead product FMEAs and the implementation of quality tools during development phases.+Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and international regulations.+Coordinate homologation activities with official entities.+Manage product modifications and ensure the traceability of special characteristics.+Participate in design reviews and define control plans, gauges, and validation systems.+Support the definition of functional test benches and coordinate environmental and EE/EMC testing.+Analyze validation results and propose technical solutions.+Collaborate in product industrialization and in the improvement of costs, quality, and performance.  Profile Requirements: +University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.+High level of Italian and English (oral and written). High level of Catalan is valued.+Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (Customer Quality)+Knowledge of mechanical products.+Experience in the automotive sector and in plastic parts .  Why work at Expleo?
