- 1 year of experience in similar functions
- Project management skills in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of 5Why, Ishikawa, IS/IS NOT, Risk Assessment.
- Advanced level of English

As a Junior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving quality incidents, coordinating cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, performing continuous follow-up until their closure, in the corporate quality area of one of our main automotive clients.
What you'll do
- Implementation, maintenance, and development of the management system according to ISO 9001.
- Execution and follow-up of internal and external audits.
- Management of APQP tools, such as FAI, 8D, etc.
- Direct contact with customers and suppliers.
How you'll work
- Start date: Immediate
- Project duration: 3 months with the intention of being extended over time
- Location: Martorell
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hiring process
1. Brief call to align your expectations and get to know you (15 min).
2. Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min).
3. In-person technical validation with the operations team/department managers to learn what the day-to-day is like (45 min).
