The Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team helps companies address the climate crisis, biodiversity loss, and inequality. You will have the opportunity to get involved in developing innovative solutions in strategic sustainability, ESG regulation, reporting, and operational transformation, with a growing focus on supply chain, due diligence, and tangible value creation, as well as working with multidisciplinary teams and building lasting client relationships.

As a Sustainability Consultant (Strategy, Transformation, and Reporting), you will be involved in designing and developing sustainability solutions for clients, providing a creative, structured, and value-driven perspective. You will participate in turning strategies into action plans and robust narratives that facilitate decision-making. You will also collaborate on CSRD (EINF) assurance processes and on analyzing the consistency and quality of reported information.

Your main duties:

• Supporting the design of sustainability strategies, action plans, and roadmaps for clients.
• Conducting benchmarks, trend analyses, and reviews of sector best practices.
• Contributing to the definition of narratives, key messages, and presentation materials for clients.
• Participating in workshops, interviews, and working sessions with internal teams and clients.
• Supporting the development of consulting deliverables with a structured, visual, and impact-oriented approach.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and innovative initiatives that connect sustainability with business.
• Coordinating information across different areas and ensuring coherence between objectives, initiatives, and KPIs.
• Using digital tools for analysis, information management, visualization, and proposal preparation.

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Sciences, International Relations, Engineering, Communications, Humanities, Marketing, or similar fields.
• English level B2.
• 1-2 years of experience in ESG Consulting, Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of or interest in ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and regulatory trends.
