The Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) area helps companies address the climate crisis, biodiversity loss and inequality. As a Sustainability Consultant (Strategy, Transformation and Reporting), you will be involved in the design and development of sustainability solutions for clients, bringing a creative, structured and value-driven approach. You will take part in transforming strategies into action plans and solid narratives that support decision-making. You will also collaborate on EINF verification processes and on analyzing the consistency and quality of reported information.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the design of sustainability strategies, action plans and roadmaps for clients.
  • Conduct benchmarks, trend analyses and reviews of sector best practices.
  • Contribute to defining narratives, key messages and presentation materials for clients.
  • Participate in workshops, interviews and working sessions with internal teams and clients.
  • Support the preparation of consulting deliverables with a structured, visual and impact-oriented approach.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and innovative initiatives that connect sustainability and business.
  • Coordinate information across different areas and ensure consistency between objectives, initiatives and KPIs.
  • Use digital tools for analysis, information management, visualization and proposal preparation.

What we're looking for

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Sciences, International Relations, Engineering, Communications, Humanities, Marketing or similar fields.
  • English level B2.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ESG Consulting, Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain or Business Transformation.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of or interest in ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting and regulatory trends.

Nice to have

Desirable requirements

  • Master's degree in Sustainability, Strategy, Innovation or Business Transformation.
  • Training in ESG, reporting, circular economy, climate change, initiative design, project management or digital productivity tools is a plus.
  • Research, synthesis and structuring skills for complex information.
  • Attention to designing clear, visual and client-oriented deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Catalan or other languages is a plus.
  • Experience with digital design, collaboration, analytics or AI tools applied to productivity is a plus.
