- Your main mission will focus on participating in the entity's Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) and its coordination with the rest of the Group's subsidiaries, as well as performing the identification and periodic review of the liquidity risks to which the entity is exposed and carrying out the design and execution of liquidity risk stress tests, along with the maintenance of the associated contingency plans.
What you'll do
- Among your main responsibilities will be:
- You will ensure compliance with ECB Guidelines regarding ILAAP and will make improvement proposals for their implementation.
- You will coordinate the process both at a local level and at a corporate level with the rest of the subsidiaries, taking into account the requirements of their own jurisdictions.
- You will develop and continuously improve the framework for identifying and assessing the materiality of the liquidity risks to which the entity is exposed.
- You will analyze the entity's liquidity and funding situation, taking into account the strategy set by the entity and the possible impact of alternative stress scenarios.
- You will perform liquidity risk stress tests, analyzing the impact they would have on the entity's liquidity position, their integration with the management strategy, and possible action measures to bring liquidity metrics to target levels, in accordance with the defined Risk Appetite Framework.
- You will review the entity's Liquidity Contingency Plan, participating in its continuous improvement and in coordination with the other involved areas of the bank.
- You will prepare monitoring and approval documentation for the entity's management and governance bodies.
- You will control and monitor the associated systems/processes, guaranteeing the completeness of the information.
