In the Technology Risk Assurance (Industrial Sector) department, you will be introduced from day one to the technological environment of the country's leading companies. You will design and evaluate the controls implemented to manage their various technology risks, interviewing the Chief Technology Officers of these companies and their key collaborators.


As a Manager - AI Technology Risk , you will be responsible for leading strategic projects for the review and audit of AI governance models, internal control, and regulatory compliance. You will also participate in defining improvement actions and providing ongoing advisory services to major clients, contributing to the deployment of Responsible AI.


You will work closely with Chief Technology Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, and Innovation and Business Leaders, ensuring the effective management of risks associated with AI usage.

Your main responsibilities will include:


• Leading the definition, establishment, and review of AI governance models, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and business objectives.
• Developing and overseeing organizational and operational models for the AI function, ensuring their effective integration into the corporate structure and alignment with industry best practices.
• Validating existing controls in the AI domain, assessing their design, implementation, and effectiveness.
• Performing automated testing using Computer-Assisted Auditing Techniques (CAATs) and tools such as ACL, IDEA, and Alteryx to verify the functionality, calculations, integrity, and consistency of AI-related business processes.
• Issuing improvement recommendations based on findings, advising our clients on how to remediate weaknesses and enhance controls within their technology and AI platforms.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with the EU AI Act and other applicable regulations, acting as the primary point of contact for AI-related regulatory matters.
• Reviewing AI analytical models that employ both traditional and generative techniques to drive organizational innovation.
• Advising on international standards such as ISO 42001, the NIST AI RMF, and other relevant frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI management.


What profile are we looking for?


Requirements:


• Education in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management, or AI model auditing.
• Experience in defining AI governance policies and models.
• Competency profile: We require a team player with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, a willingness to learn, client orientation, and the ability to manage complex projects.


Nice to have:


• Languages: Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
• Advanced knowledge of traditional and generative AI.
