Manager, Financial Function Consulting

• With prior experience of more than 7 years in similar positions, managing programs in the areas mentioned above:
  • Diagnosis and transformation of the Finance area.
  • Analysis, design, and implementation of Shared Services Centers and/or GBSs.
  • Optimization and improvement of financial processes (PTP, OTC, RTR...)
  • Organizational transformation of the Financial Function.
  • Digitalization of the finance function.
  • Value office of the transformation office.
• Required skills in project management, team management, communication, leadership, and being accustomed to collaborating in multidisciplinary environments with a strong client focus.
• Very high-level interaction skills, professionals accustomed to dealing with CFOs, CTOs, and other members of the Executive Committee.
• Advanced English level (C1).

• Previous experience in international projects will be positively valued.

We are currently looking to add a Manager for the Finance Consulting area to our team in Madrid or Barcelona, with more than 7 years of consulting experience, working on projects related to the Transformation of the Finance Function, both nationally and internationally.

The main areas of responsibility for the selected candidate will include:

• Comprehensive management of Finance Transformation projects, including:
  • Diagnosis of the Financial Function from different perspectives: Value generation, Innovation, Processes, Organization & Governance, Information Systems & Data.
  • Definition of the transformation strategy and roadmap for the Function.
  • Design and implementation of new Operating Models for the Finance area, including Shared Services Centers (SSC) and GBS's, from the analysis, design, and business case phase through to implementation support.
  • Design and Reengineering of financial Processes with an end-to-end scope, aimed at improving effectiveness (value agenda), efficiency, and control.
  • Organizational transformation of the Finance function.
  • Digital Finance - Transformation of the Function under an integrated Digitalization approach with the application of new technologies and ways of working. Including AI across all maturity levels.
  • Support / Advisory for implementation and change management based on the performance of the Finance Transformation Office and PMO.
• Leading interactions with CFOs and their direct reports.

• Leadership in approach, management, and preparation of commercial proposals.
• Team leadership, serving as a benchmark and mentor for managers and consultants.
