What we're looking for

A higher education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required. An MBA or Executive Development Program, as well as a Master's in Actuarial Science, will be valued.
A minimum of 6 years of prior professional experience in Consulting, specifically within the financial sector, with at least 3 years dedicated to project management.
We are looking for professionals specialized in various types of projects related to the transformation of a financial entity, covering perspectives that range from functional and strategic to technological, including quantitative and analytical aspects.
Knowledge of the three lines of defense model is required.
A high level of English (C1) is required. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.

Nice to have

Experience in risk management departments will be valued; including the development of impact studies; gap analysis and design of a master plan for the implementation of the solvency framework and/or CRR-CRD IV; the development of dashboards with management KPIs and the preparation of economic balance sheets; the implementation of internal models; and support for the processes prior to the submission for internal model validation.
Experience in IFRS17 implementation is highly valued.

The role

In Financial Services Consulting, we work mainly with companies in the financial sector: banks and insurance companies. Our multidisciplinary teams combine both technical (STEM) and functional profiles. We work on projects, generally on-site, hand in hand with the client and in a very dynamic environment. Our clients' trust and our specialization make us the sector leader in risk management consulting, regulation, and Data & Analytics.

What you'll do

You will join the team as a Manager. You will lead projects across all areas, from planning to execution and reporting. You will build trusted relationships with clients, managing their expectations and delivering value as an industry expert. You will interact and communicate with senior management. You will ensure excellence in the delivery and management of assigned projects. You will bring a broad vision to identifying and developing transformational projects. You will develop the team, both through project leadership and by mentoring more junior professionals. You will manage the financial control of the projects under your responsibility. You will actively contribute to business development within financial sector entities, creating content, identifying business opportunities, and presenting commercial proposals.
Each project is a world of its own, both in terms of topic and team size, execution time, and location. Thus, we encounter small projects with a team of 2 members, up to teams of 15-20 people with members even from different departments and geographies. Likewise, durations can range from 2 weeks up to a year.
