Financial Services Organization (FSO) is a sub-area within our Organization, which includes all EY professionals serving the financial and insurance sector. It is a multidisciplinary team with the objective of adapting in the best possible way to the needs of our clients.

In this way, we find professionals from the world of internal and external audit, business advisory, financial or IT risk, and consulting, with the objective of responding to the client in the fastest, most effective way, adapted to their needs.

The FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) area provides CFOs, controllers, treasurers, and audit committees with the knowledge and services to support compliance with constantly evolving financial reporting requirements and to help provide transparency and confidence in financial reporting. We also contribute to finance functions with solid financial data analysis and innovation through our tools.

We are looking for an executive profile with 6-7 years of minimum experience in consulting and/or financial audit projects and in managing work teams, with problem-solving skills and a motivation for client-oriented projects in the financial sector (banking, insurance, asset wealth management).

As a member of our team, you will participate in different services and projects such as:

• Technical advisory on accounting and regulatory matters for credit institutions (Bank of Spain, CNMV, PGC, IFRS, etc.).
• Resolution of complex accounting queries and participation in the implementation of accounting and regulatory standards.
• Coordination and supervision of regulatory reporting processes, including their design, construction, and reporting.
• Participation and supervision of due diligence, PPA, and credit risk file review engagements.
• Definition and review of internal control and governance processes, including the definition and testing of controls.
• Analytical review and analysis of financial impacts derived from regulatory or standards changes.
• Supervision of audits of annual and/or interim financial statements.
• Participation in special reports required by current regulations (IPAC, IRP, TLTRO, etc.).
• Supervision of reviews of financial statements, IPO processes, and issuances.
• Management and monitoring of projects, ensuring technical quality and deadline compliance.
• Coordination and development of teams, acting as a technical reference.
• Collaboration with internal teams to drive innovation in services (process optimization, reporting automation, new solutions for the financial sector).
• Contribution to business development, identifying opportunities and participating in commercial proposals and client presentations.
• Management of relationships with key clients and participation in executive-level forums and meetings.
