Currently, for our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a Finance Controller
What you'll do
- Supply the management team with the necessary reporting/instruments for decision-making and correct business management, with the objective of supporting them in achieving operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure the quality of information by actively participating in the preparation of management reports and indicators, designing and participating in the creation of dashboards.
- Financial modeling of the annual budget, the medium-term plan, and the monthly re-forecast.
- Coordination and control of information and its systems for obtaining, distributing, and supervising it. Recurring analysis of the accounting, financial, and operational results of their business unit.
- Measure, foresee, and avoid future deviations or crises. That is, analyze both past strategies and decisions, control those being carried out, and develop future ones. Proposal of action plans and corrective measures.
- Preparation of reports and key indicators by converting corporate objectives into measurable parameters to know the results obtained with exactness. Analysis of management KPIs and economic-financial KFIs of the area.
- Monitoring of the market to which their function applies and the applicable regulation.
- Accounting-financial management control (cost accounting, cost control, variance analysis...).
- Monitoring of cash and profitability indicators (cash flow, net debt, ROCE, etc).
- Coordinate fluid communication with management through reporting and the creation of clear dashboards.
