What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration.
Between 10 and 12 years of experience in financial consulting, external audit, or similar positions.
Proven experience in financial transformation projects.
Knowledge in the redesign of financial operating models and the implementation of solutions for the finance function.
Experience in the design and implementation of Shared Services Centers.
Ability to lead teams and manage projects of varying complexity and volume.
Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
Experience participating in commercial initiatives and the preparation of proposals for clients.
High level of English to maintain professional conversations in international environments.

Nice to have

Knowledge of ERP solutions and associated technologies will be especially valued, such as:
- SAP S/4HANA.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Oracle Fusion.

The role

You will be part of a team specialized in financial transformation, accompanying large companies in the evolution of their operating models, processes, and capabilities within the finance function. You will participate in strategic projects with a high level of interaction, collaborating with executives and finance managers to drive changes that generate real impact on the business. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex transformation initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the development of innovative value propositions for our clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, identifying new opportunities, participating in commercial proposals, and strengthening long-term relationships with strategic clients.

What you'll do

Lead financial transformation projects and the improvement of the finance function's operating model.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, driving the development, motivation, and professional growth of its members.
Advise clients on the definition and implementation of transformation and efficiency initiatives.
Design and supervise work plans, guaranteeing the quality and success of deliverables.
Participate in the definition of commercial proposals and in business development activities.
Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations aligned with the strategic objectives of the clients.
Collaborate with specialists from different areas to offer comprehensive and high value-added solutions.
Contribute to the implementation of technologies and solutions that drive the modernization of the finance function.
