The role

We are looking for sales assistants to join the Stock Room team for our Madrid stores, carrying out mixed tasks involving both warehouse duties and customer service.

Previous experience will be positively valued, but it is not required, as long as you are motivated by dynamic, customer-oriented work environments.

What you'll do

Ensure the correct reception of product deliveries, warehouse organization, and replenishment and stock management:

- Receiving merchandise
- Managing transfers
- Warehouse organization
- Stock control
- Store replenishment

Deliver excellent customer service: welcome customers, actively listen to their feedback on products and services, resolve their questions, handle the checkout, etc...
Create an excellent Sales Floor: maintain order and replenish the sales space, cooperate with the Visual Merchandising department, etc.
Be part of a united team, actively and enthusiastically collaborate with all team members, offering your support whenever needed.
