In this role, you will do much more than sell clothes. Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer service: offering a satisfying shopping experience—from the fitting rooms to the high-tech checkouts—by being attentive and responding to customer needs.

Sales floor excellence: keeping the store clean, well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to inspire customers.

Sales and inventory management: observing customer reactions to our products to recommend adjustments in visual presentation and stock levels by style, color, and size, in order to meet demand.

Team collaboration: working with all colleagues, offering support, and contributing to creating a strong and united team.

Sustainability: driving our recycling program, promoting our repair services, and participating in activities with the local community.

Retail technology: contributing to the creation of content for our social media campaigns, the styling app, or the livestream channel, if you are motivated to be in front of the camera.

PART 4: Evolve with courage

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Barcelona store team for the autumn-winter season, working three days a week between Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. With total schedule flexibility between 6:00h and 23:00h.

- Permanent seasonal contract of 21 to 24 hours per week

- Start Date: From October 5, 2026.

-End Date: Late January 2027.
- Salary: from €11,235 to €12,840 gross per year depending on contracted hours.
