About the role

From Faster Empleo we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Assistant for an important company in the Industrial/Metal sector located in Fuenlabrada.

What you'll do

  • Operations Management: Complete order processing, multi-channel customer service (phone and email), and proactive incident resolution.
  • Logistics and Shipping: Daily logistics management and preparation of delivery notes, ensuring shipment traceability.
  • Tenders and Public Bids: Technical and administrative preparation of documentation for public tenders and bids, as well as monitoring legal deadlines.
  • Economic Area: Preparation of detailed budgets and their management throughout the sales cycle.
