The role

From Adecco Direct Recruitment we are looking for an Administrative Technician to provide support in the Quality and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) department.

The selected person will be responsible for document management, data processing, and support in quality, environment, and PRL systems, working autonomously and with a high level of detail.

Requirements

Higher Degree Training in Administration and Finance

Experience or knowledge in

or Quality systems (ISO 9001) and environment (ISO 14001)

or Certifications and document management or Occupational Risk Prevention

Medium/high level of Excel (pivot tables essential)

Ability to:

or Organization and attention to detail

or Data interpretation

or Autonomous work

or Continuous learning

Will be valued

Previous experience in quality or PRL environments

Practical knowledge of audits or certifications

Familiarity with technical documentation and regulations

Direct contract with the company, permanent.

Working hours from 07:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday
