1 to 2 years of experience in financial reporting or in a similar position.

Advanced Excel, with habitual use of the tool.

B2 English, to communicate daily with international teams, both in writing and orally.

Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.

Availability to work on-site during the established schedule.

At FASTER, we are selecting a Financial Reporting Specialist to join the Finance Department of a major international company, where you will be able to contribute your analytical skills, develop your financial knowledge, and be part of a team oriented toward excellence.

💼 What will your main responsibilities be?

📊 Financial reporting and report preparation

Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

Prepare financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow.

Prepare reports and presentations for management in English.

Manage the monthly closing and reporting to headquarters.

📈 Financial analysis and results control

Analyze variances between budget and actual results.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare financial analyses and commentaries using advanced Excel.

🌍 Financial consolidation

Consolidate information coming from different subsidiaries or business units.

Verify the application of the corresponding accounting criteria and standards.

✅ Information control and quality

Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.

Coordinate with the Accounting team to validate information.

Collaborate in the implementation and improvement of internal reporting controls.

🕒 Schedule

Monday to Thursday: from 8:45 to 18:00 h.

Friday: from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
