We are looking for a First-class Electromechanical Technician for Valladolid, to ensure the correct operation, safety, and efficiency of the electromechanical machinery and equipment at the Valladolid Waste Treatment Plant, contributing to the operational continuity of the facility and compliance with technical and safety standards.
The main duties will be:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, minimizing production downtime.
Install, assemble, and commission industrial machines and production lines.
Work with electric motors, frequency drives, sensors, and actuators.
Interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and automation diagrams.
Adjust and calibrate electrical and mechanical systems for optimal operation.
Participate in improvements and optimization of production processes.
Detect faults in automated systems, collaborating with automation and PLC technicians.
Replace electrical and mechanical components (contactors, relays, bearings, belts, etc.).
Perform safety and operational tests following repairs or installations.
Record interventions and maintenance in management systems.
Comply with industrial safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.
