The role
Perform release testing of intermediates and finished products at the pharmaceutical plant. Ensure compliance with the Quality Department standards and Good Manufacturing Practices applicable to their areas of responsibility.
What you'll do
- Perform and document visual inspections and physicochemical analyses in accordance with current analytical procedures and applicable regulations.
- Carry out cleaning, maintenance, calibration, and verification of the equipment used.
- Take responsibility for the data acquired and entered into the laboratory management system.
- Manage the glassware, reagents, standard solutions, and samples required for analyses, as well as stock control and expiry dates.
- Manage waste generated in the laboratory.
- Report any incident and/or anomaly detected during analysis.
- Collaboration in area investigations, contributing to the identification of the root cause and/or contributing factors, and proposing effective corrective and/or preventive actions.
