Mission

Collaborate with the production team to improve operational efficiency, promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment. Through effective communication, supporting conflict resolution, and driving efficient work practices, contribute to the team's development and well-being, ensuring adherence to the production plan, productivity, and compliance with quality and safety standards in all active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Preparation and maintenance of production documentation (Manufacturing Guides, standard operating procedures, cleaning methods, etc.)

Conduct training (Process, operating instructions, etc.) for production staff

Creation and maintenance of manufacturing control recipes in Simatic Batch.

Investigation of incidents, management of deviations and CAPA, and follow-up of preventive/corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with both safety and process instructions contained in manufacturing guides to produce the target product in accordance with the company's current quality system.

Verify compliance with the standards affecting the different production areas, both those defined to ensure quality and all those related to process safety and occupational risk prevention.

Responsible for ensuring that operations under their supervision are carried out in accordance with the standards established in Environmental Protection and Waste Management.

What we're looking for

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety regulations.

Professional experience:

At least 2 years of experience in production in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the manufacture of APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients).

Experience in handling production processes in the plant (loading and unloading reactors, filtration, drying, etc.).

Ability to identify process deviations and collaborate in the implementation of corrective actions.
