Mission

The R&D Development Chemist is responsible for carrying out the essential experimental laboratory work for the development, optimization, and improvement of processes, reporting directly to the R&D Project Manager on the project's progress.

Your main responsibilities

Develop new processes in collaboration with the R&D Project Manager and coordinate the needs of the experiments that arise from this

Optimize existing processes

Set up and actively participate in strategies for solving problems in existing processes

Keep all the department's operational knowledge up to date, and in an organized manner, by recording all the data and results of the experiments carried out in the lab notebook with rigor, precision, and responsibility

Interpret, share, and discuss the results obtained from the experiments with the R&D Project Manager

Work closely with Production during the transfer and industrialization of projects

Keep the equipment, laboratories, and facilities in perfect condition

Manage the database of laboratory reagents and samples correctly

Manage laboratory waste correctly

Participate in the ordering of materials and reagents for the proper functioning of projects and the laboratory.

Minimum of 4 years' experience in research and development activities in the API sector

Degree in Chemistry

English level B1 (valued)

Misión

El R&D Development Chemist tiene la misión de realizar el trabajo experimental de laboratorio imprescindible para el desarrollo, optimización y mejora de procesos, reportando directamente al R&D Project Manager de la evolución del proyecto.

Tus principales funciones

Desarrollar nuevos procesos en colaboración con el R&D Project Manager y coordinar las necesidades de los experimentos que deriven de ello

Optimizar los procesos existentes

Poner a punto y participar activamente en las estrategias para la resolución de problemas en procesos existentes

Tener al día, y de manera organizada, todo el conocimiento operativo del departamento anotando todos los datos y resultados de los experimentos realizados en la libreta de laboratorio con rigurosidad, precisión y responsabilidad

Interpretar, compartir y discutir los resultados obtenidos fruto de los experimentos junto al R&D Project Manager

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Producción durante la transferencia e industrialización de los proyectos

Mantener los equipos, laboratorios e instalaciones en perfectas condiciones

Gestionar correctamente la base de datos de reactivos y muestras de laboratorio

Gestionar correctamente los residuos de laboratorio

Participar en los pedidos de material y reactivos para el buen funcionamiento de los proyectos y laboratorio.

Experiencia mínima de 4 años en actividades de investigación y desarrollo del sector API

Licenciatura en Química

Nivel de inglés B1 (valorable)
