Job Summary

We are urgently seeking an organized and efficient Production Administrative Assistant to join our team at FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the production department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities

* Manage production-related documentation, including work orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
* Control material stock and manage orders with suppliers.
* Record and analyze production data, generating periodic reports.
* Collaborate on production planning and organization.
* Answer phone calls and manage email correspondence.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

* Vocational training in administration or a related field.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector.
* Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
* Organizational and planning skills.
* Communication and teamwork skills.
* Proactive individual with initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
