Senior Surveyor

• Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering, Technical Surveying Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• More than 8 years of experience in surveying applied to construction projects.
• Experience in Data Centers, critical infrastructures, or complex industrial projects.
• Advanced knowledge of high-precision setting-out, dimensional control, and coordinate systems.
• Experience working with BIM models and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum English level B2.
• Availability for national and international mobility.

We are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join Data Center projects and highly complex technical critical infrastructures. The person will be responsible for guaranteeing the integral geometric control of the project, from the initial earthworks and setting-out phases to the final delivery of the work, ensuring the highest standards of precision, quality, and compliance with construction requirements.

They will work in close coordination with the Production, Engineering, BIM, Quality, and Subcontractor teams, providing specialized technical support throughout all phases of the project.

• Implement and maintain the project's primary and secondary topographic network.
• Perform and supervise setting-out for civil works, structures, architecture, and installations.
• Geometrically control foundations, piles, concrete structures, steel structures, and landscaping.
• Verify platforms, roads, earthworks, and construction elements, guaranteeing compliance with tolerances.
• Prepare topographic surveys, digital terrain models, and associated graphic documentation.
• Process and manage information obtained through total station, GPS/GNSS, laser scanner, and other topographic technologies.
• Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, BIM, Quality, and external surveying companies teams.
• Prepare topographic reports, As-Built plans, and geometric control documentation for the client and site management.
• Provide support to certification processes, quality control, and final project delivery.
