Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Higher Technician in Analysis and Quality Control,
At least 1 year of experience as a chemical analyst in an analytical development laboratory, quality control laboratory, and/or pharmaceutical industry stability department.
Knowledge of HPLC / UPLC and the Empower software.
Immediate availability to start.

Eulen Flexiplan is recruiting a Chemical Analyst to join its facilities in San Sebastián de los Reyes.

What you'll do

As part of the team, you will perform the following duties:

Perform chemical and physical analyses of finished product according to the procedures described for monitoring a stability study of a new product under development and verify compliance with the specification.
Execution of the parameters established for the validation of an analytical method in accordance with the corresponding Validation Protocol.
Execution of the necessary analyses for the validation of the manufacturing process following a validated written methodology.
Knowledge and handling of analytical equipment: HPLC, UPLC, pH meter, spectrophotometer, and dissolution tester.
Knowledge and use of the Empower computer system for proper management of analytical results obtained on HPLC and UPLC equipment.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Good Laboratory Practices.
Manage laboratory reagent and material needs, reporting requirements to the appropriate supervisor so that procurement and orders can be carried out.
Perform calibrations of assigned equipment.
Comply with established environmental regulations (waste management) and safety regulations (use of appropriate protective equipment).
