What you'll do

🔍 WHAT FUNCTIONS WILL YOU PERFORM?

🏗️ Management of restyling projects: space conditioning and terrace design to improve the customer experience.

🖼️ Decoration projects:

• Own units → project execution

• Franchises → supervision of external suppliers

🚛 Design and development of special projects, such as food trucks and adaptations of points of sale in unique locations within the EU.

🧑‍💻 Advice and support to the development department through photomontages, renders, and graphic documentation.

📚 Management of the Yearbook related to design and completed projects.

📢 Support to Marketing and Maintenance in actions linked to space design.

Requirements

🎓 University degree in Interior Design, Double degree in Architecture and Design, or related fields.

🖥️ Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD. Experience with Midjourney is valued.

📊 Knowledge of budgets, planning, measurements, tenders, feasibility studies, and technical and urban planning regulations is valued.

🏗️ 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction sector, especially in the planning and execution of works designs, is valued.
