Architecture Technician

We are looking to hire an Architecture Technician in the Technical Office to join our team and lead the development and design of commercial layouts for the group's various brands.

Design and evaluate commercial layouts under the standard unit criteria of each of our brands, ensuring the technical, operational, and economic viability of each project. Your work will quickly provide the necessary documentation so that the Commercial Expansion team can present solid proposals to both franchised clients and for the company's own premises projects.

• Design and development of layouts: Prepare architectural implementation studies with agility and rigor to provide a weekly response to the flow of real estate opportunities identified in the retail real estate market.
• Brand standard guarantee: Ensure strict compliance with the design, image, and operational criteria manuals of the standard unit for each of the organization's brands.
• Viability analysis: Evaluate the initial technical, operational, and economic viability of each commercial space, optimizing the distribution of the public area, bar/counter, kitchen/workshops, and service areas.
• Support to the Expansion team: Provide quickly and in a structured manner the graphic and technical documentation necessary to support commercial presentations to potential franchisees and decision-making for company-owned premises.
• Regulatory compliance: Analyze and apply urban planning, legal, and activity licensing regulations from the main city councils of Spain, Andorra, and Portugal in the catering and retail sectors (smoke outlets, capacity, accessibility, space for consumption and sales, terraces, etc.).
• Space optimization: Identify critical points in building floor plans and propose intelligent operational solutions that maximize business efficiency and the flow of customers and staff.
• Standardization and document management: Keep block libraries, templates, and construction criteria up to date in the technical office's design tools.
• Comprehensive management of technical data in the construction and design area, to provide support to the department and group.

• Education: Degree/Licentiate in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Industrial Design Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Building Projects.
• Technical tools: Advanced mastery of design tools, specifically latest-generation AutoCAD (proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Revit or SketchUp will be positively valued).
• Regulatory knowledge: Mastery of legal and urban planning regulations applied to the catering and retail sector in the main city councils of the national territory.
• Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in layout design, retail brand implementation, catering (Foodservice, Coffee & Bakery, QSR), or a commercial technical office.
• Ability to quickly evaluate technical viability and the approximate costs associated with implementation in a premises.
