Are you passionate about fitness, the pool, and helping people achieve their goals? At FORUS-INACUA LOS CANTOS, we are looking for several LIFEGUARDS and SWIMMING INSTRUCTORS to join our team.

What will your duties be?

- Encourage the practice of sport in general, and all the sports activities of the center in particular, thereby helping to promote a healthy lifestyle.

- Apply the established training programs, according to the set procedures and guidelines.

- Monitor and correct any incorrect execution of exercises during activities or training sessions carried out by members.

What are we looking for in you?

- Degree in CAFYD/INEF or in TAFAD/TSAF/TSEAS.

- Qualification and experience in water lifesaving and swimming courses.

- Basic training in music-supported group exercise is valued.

- Training and experience in Les Mills classes (such as Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Balance, Body Attack, LM Dance, LM Core, Grit or Aquadynamic), mind and body classes (such as Pilates or Yoga), dance classes (such as Zumba), or classes in other disciplines (such as GAP, Indoor cycling, Indoor walking or Aquafitness) are valued.

- Weekend availability.

- Good communication skills, conflict resolution, rigor, autonomy, and adaptability.

- Permanent contract.

- 15-hour weekly schedule (afternoon shift from Monday to Friday) or 10-hour weekly schedule (morning shift during the weekend)
