We are looking to add a Plant Quality Technician to our QUALITY team who wants to add value in a dynamic environment, with constant challenges and real possibilities for development. to guarantee the correct functioning of the electrical installations and automation systems of our plant, participating in both preventive maintenance and the resolution of breakdowns and incidents.

🎯 What will your mission be?

Guarantee compliance with quality and food safety standards in the plant, performing monitoring and control of processes, products, and facilities, and ensuring compliance with established specifications.

👇 What will your day-to-day look like?

✔ Verify compliance with specifications for export batches.

✔ Product quality control

✔ Control of customer orders (labeling, presentation, temperature)

✔ Monitoring of good handling and hygiene practices.

✔ Team awareness in Food Safety.

✔ Review of the process and daily completion of process records.

✔ Control of PC and CCP.

✔ Supervision of cleaning tasks: times, frequency, products, execution.

✔ Morning shift: From 06:00 to 14:30 or 13:30 to 22:00.
