Floor Attendant

🔔 We offer a position as a Room Attendant to work at Fuerte Hoteles, Andalusian hotels that offer the opportunity to create new memories and immerse yourself in authentic experiences, where you can discover the soul of Andalusia.

Fuerte El Rompido, located on a hill overlooking the natural landscape formed by the mouth of the Piedras River, makes it the ideal hotel for a family getaway or a romantic escape, and for enjoying outdoor sports in full nature.

You will be responsible for cleaning the rooms assigned by the Head Housekeeper or Assistant Head Housekeeper, as well as tidying and maintaining in perfect condition the rooms and everything related to the common areas of the assigned floor, the housekeeping office, and cleaning supplies.

🔲 Support and supervision: Ensure the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with the critical processes and setups of the area, in accordance with the standards set by the hotel. Check and ensure that the room and bathroom are equipped with the necessary products and accessories, according to the standards established in the room styling manual. Supervise the condition of the rooms, and in the event of any defect and/or malfunction, create a maintenance report. Ensure the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with the critical processes and setups of the area, in accordance with the standards set by the hotel.

🔲 Execution and follow-up: Assemble the cart with the necessary material to carry out the room cleaning work. Perform the cleaning and tidying of the rooms, checking the good condition of the facilities and furniture, according to the standards established for each room type. Carry out the billing and restocking of minibar items consumed by guests. Collect and deliver forgotten items in the room to the Housekeeping Manager. Carry out the cleaning of the corridor on the assigned floor. Leave the assigned floor's pantry tidy, as well as the work material used.

🔲 Quality control: Keep track of and record any incidents in the assigned rooms. Inspect and check over vacant rooms. Comply with the quality, health and safety, environmental, and data protection standards established by the organization.

You are ideal for the position if…

🎓 High school diploma (ESO). Specific training in the housekeeping area is valued.

💼 Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in 4-star or higher hotels.

🗣💬Valued: English, A1 level.

🔔 Ofrecemos un puesto de Camarero/a de Pisos para trabajar en Fuerte Hoteles, hoteles andaluces que ofrecen la oportunidad de crear nuevos recuerdos y sumergirse en experiencias auténticas, donde descubrir el alma de Andalucía.

Fuerte El Rompido, situado en una elevación con vistas al paraje natural formado por la desembocadura del río Piedras, lo convierte en el hotel ideal para una escapada en familia o en pareja, y para disfrutar del deporte en plena naturaleza.

Se encargará de realizar la limpieza de las habitaciones asignadas por el/la Gobernante/a o Subgobernante/a. Así como de ordenar, cuidar y mantener en perfecto estado, las habitaciones y lo relativo a las zonas comunes de la planta asignada, office y utensilios de limpieza.

🔲 Soporte y supervisión: Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como el cumplimiento de los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel. Revisar y asegurar que la habitación y el baño dispone de los productos y accesorios necesarios, según los estándares establecidos en el manual de ambientación de habitaciones. Supervisar el estado de las habitaciones, en caso de desperfecto y/o avería crear parte de mantenimiento. Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como el cumplimiento de los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel.

🔲 Ejecución y seguimiento: Efectuar el montaje del carro con el material necesario para ejecutar el trabajo de limpieza de las habitaciones. Realizar la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones, comprobando el buen estado de las instalaciones y el mobiliario, según los estándares establecidos para cada tipo de habitación. Llevar a cabo la facturación y reposición de las consumiciones del minibar realizadas por los clientes. Recoger y entregar los objetos olvidados en la habitación a él/la Gobernante/a. Llevar a cabo la limpieza del pasillo de la planta asignada. Dejar ordenado el Office de la planta asignada, así como el material de trabajo utilizado.

🔲 Control y calidad: Llevar el control y registro de las incidencias registradas en las habitaciones asignadas. Realizar el control y repaso de las habitaciones libres. Cumplir con las normas de calidad, seguridad y salud, medioambiente y protección de datos, establecidos por la organización.

Eres ideal para el puesto si…

🎓Graduado en ESO. Valorable formación específica en el área de pisos.

💼Experiencia mínima de 1 año como Camarero/a de Pisos en hoteles de 4* o superior.

🗣💬Valorable: Inglés, Nivel A1
