Office Dishwasher

🔔We are offering a position as an Office Dishwasher to work at Fuerte Hoteles, Andalusian hotels that offer the opportunity to create new memories and immerse yourself in authentic experiences, where you can discover the soul of Andalusia.

Fuerte El Rompido, located on an elevation overlooking the natural area formed by the mouth of the Piedras River, makes it the ideal hotel for a family or couples getaway, and for enjoying sports in the heart of nature.

You will be responsible for cleaning the machinery, utensils, kitchenware, and the different areas of the kitchen, following the HACCP plan and the cleaning plan, as well as ensuring optimal hygienic conditions in the areas adjacent to the kitchen.

Your day-to-day will start to sound like this…

• Load and unload the dishwasher, dry and organize the dishes, cutlery, and glassware.
• Clean and prepare kitchen utensils and equipment and make them available to the Cook and Kitchen Assistant.
• Clean the kitchen area, organizing time well and ensuring the final result is optimal.
• Clean the kitchen machinery, ensuring it is in perfect condition for the next service.
• Perform the cleaning of the office.
• Place the weekly order for cleaning materials and report it to the Head Chef.
• Prepare the dishes for the different sales points available to the organization, to streamline the work of the team.
• Comply with the use of the PPE required to perform the duties of the position.
• Ensure the correct use of materials and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils that occurs and notifying it.

You are ideal for the position if…

🎓 Graduated in ESO/ Professional Certificate in Cooking. Food Handler Card.

💼 Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. In a 5* environment and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, or similar.

🗣💬 English is a plus, and other languages.

🔔Ofrecemos un puesto de Fregador/a Office para trabajar en Fuerte Hoteles, hoteles andaluces que ofrecen la oportunidad de crear nuevos recuerdos y sumergirse en experiencias auténticas, donde descubrir el alma de Andalucía.

Fuerte El Rompido, situado en una elevación con vistas al paraje natural formado por la desembocadura del río Piedras, lo convierte en el hotel ideal para una escapada en familia o en pareja, y para disfrutar del deporte en plena naturaleza.

Se encargará de llevar a cabo la limpieza de la maquinaria, utensilios, menaje de cocina y de las diferentes zonas de la cocina, siguiendo el plan de APPCC y el plan de limpieza, así como de asegurar las condiciones higiénicas óptimas de las zonas colindantes de la cocina.

Tu día a día empezará a sonar así…

• Cargar y descargar el lavavajillas, secar y ordenar la vajilla, cubertería y cristalería.
• Limpiar y preparar los utensilios y menaje de cocina y ponerlos a disposición del/la Cocinero/a y Ayudante de Cocina.
• Limpiar el área de la cocina, organizando bien los tiempos y asegurándose de que el resultado final sea óptimo.
• Limpiar la maquinaria de la cocina, garantizando que quede en perfecto estado para el próximo servicio.
• Realizar la limpieza del Office.
• Realizar el pedido de los materiales de limpieza de forma semanal y reportarlo al Jefe/a de Cocina.
• Preparar la vajilla para los diferentes puntos de venta de los que dispone la organización, para agilizar el trabajo del equipo de trabajo.
• Cumplir con la utilización de los EPIS que se precisan para desempeñar las funciones del puesto de trabajo.
• Velar por el correcto uso del material y las instalaciones, reportando los desperfectos o la rotura de los utensilios de cocina que se produzcan y notificarlo.

Eres ideal para el puesto si…

🎓 Graduado en ESO/ Certificado de Profesionalidad de Cocina. Carné de Manipulador de Alimentos.

💼 Experiencia mínima de 1 año en la posición. En entorno 5* y segmento lujo. Experiencia en Leading Hotels of the world, Preferred Hotels & Resorts o similar.

🗣💬 Inglés Valorable y otros idiomas
