🔔 We are offering a position as Maintenance Manager to work at El Fuerte Marbella, the first hotel founded by the company. It opened its doors in 1957 and, after a complete renovation, reopened in 2023 as a 5-star hotel.

  • Evaluate and collaborate in the training and development of your team members according to the methodology established by the Human Resources Department, as well as participate in the measures defined for their development.
  • Maintain and ensure that respectful conduct, order, and cleanliness are maintained in all areas of the facility.
  • Perform any other duties determined by your direct supervisor related to the position you hold.

What we're looking for

You are ideal for the position if…

🎓Degree in Technical/Industrial Engineering. Vocational Training I/II and/or Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics, Installation and Maintenance, and/or Energy and Water. A Maintenance Management Certificate (CMMI) is valued. Training in DDD.

💼 Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the position of Maintenance Manager, in the hotel sector, commercial and/or residential buildings.

🗣💬English: B1 level. Proficiency in other languages is valued.

🖥🖱 Proficiency in management and office software applications. Maintenance Management Software. Knowledge of current regulations and their application to hotels, REBT, RITE, Legionella, PRL, Gas.

🚗Driver's license and own vehicle.
