🔔 We are offering a position as a Housekeeping Attendant Fuerte Hoteles on a part-time basis to work at Fuerte Hoteles, Andalusian hotels that offer the opportunity to create new memories and immerse yourself in authentic experiences, where you can discover the soul of Andalusia.

Fuerte Conil Resort is a 4-star hotel made up of two buildings (Costa Luz and Costa Conil), with 12,000 m2 of gardens and a Spa, located on Playa de la Fontanilla and just a 10-minute walk from the town of Conil de la Frontera. With 282 rooms, every detail has been designed to offer wonderful family holidays.

You will be responsible for cleaning the rooms assigned by the Head Housekeeper or Assistant Head Housekeeper. As well as tidying, caring for and keeping in perfect condition the rooms and everything related to the common areas of the assigned floor, the housekeeping office and cleaning utensils.

🔲 Support and supervision: Ensure the achievement of the established departmental objectives, as well as compliance with critical processes and area setups, in accordance with the standards established by the hotel. Set up the cart with the necessary materials to carry out the room cleaning work. Clean and prepare the rooms, checking the good condition of the facilities and furniture, according to the standards established for each type of room. Check and ensure that the room and bathroom have the necessary products and accessories, according to the standards established in the room styling manual.

🔲 Execution and follow-up: Carry out the billing and restocking of minibar consumptions made by guests. Supervise the condition of the rooms; in the event of damage and/or breakdown, create a maintenance report. Collect and deliver items left behind in the room to the Head Housekeeper. Carry out the cleaning of the corridor on the assigned floor. Leave the housekeeping office of the assigned floor tidy, as well as the work materials used. Perform other duties within the scope of their responsibilities as requested by their direct supervisor.

🔲 Control and quality: Keep track of and record the incidents registered in the assigned rooms. Carry out the control and check of vacant rooms. Ensure the achievement of the established departmental objectives, as well as compliance with critical processes and area setups, in accordance with the standards established by the hotel. Comply with the quality, safety and health, environmental and data protection standards established by the organization.

You are ideal for the position if…

🎓Secondary education graduate (ESO). Specific training in the housekeeping area is valued.

💼Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in 4-star hotels or higher.

🔔 Ofrecemos un puesto de Camarero/a de Pisos Fuerte Hoteles a jornada parcial para trabajar en Fuerte Hoteles, hoteles andaluces que ofrecen la oportunidad de crear nuevos recuerdos y sumergirse en experiencias auténticas, donde descubrir el alma de Andalucía.

Fuerte Conil Resort es un hotel de 4* compuesto por dos edificios (Costa Luz y Costa Conil), con 12.000 m2 de jardines y Spa, situado en la Playa de la Fontanilla y a tan solo 10 minutos andando del pueblo de Conil de la Frontera. Con 282 habitaciones, cada detalle ha sido diseñado para ofrecer unas estupendas vacaciones en familia.

Se encargará de realizar la limpieza de las habitaciones asignadas por el/la Gobernante/a o Subgobernante/a. Así como de ordenar, cuidar y mantener en perfecto estado, las habitaciones y lo relativo a las zonas comunes de la planta asignada, office y utensilios de limpieza.

🔲 Soporte y supervisión: Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como el cumplimiento de los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel. Efectuar el montaje del carro con el material necesario para ejecutar el trabajo de limpieza de las habitaciones. Realizar la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones, comprobando el buen estado de las instalaciones y el mobiliario, según los estándares establecidos para cada tipo de habitación. Revisar y asegurar que la habitación y el baño dispone de los productos y accesorios necesarios, según los estándares establecidos en el manual de ambientación de habitaciones.

🔲 Ejecución y seguimiento: Llevar a cabo la facturación y reposición de las consumiciones del minibar realizadas por los clientes. Supervisar el estado de las habitaciones, en caso de desperfecto y/o avería crear parte de mantenimiento. Recoger y entregar los objetos olvidados en la habitación a él/la Gobernante/a. Llevar a cabo la limpieza del pasillo de la planta asignada. Dejar ordenado el Office de la planta asignada, así como el material de trabajo utilizado. Realizar otras funciones que en el ámbito de sus competencias le sean solicitadas por su responsable directo.

🔲 Control y calidad: Llevar el control y registro de las incidencias registradas en las habitaciones asignadas. Realizar el control y repaso de las habitaciones libres. Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como el cumplimiento de los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel. Cumplir con las normas de calidad, seguridad y salud, medioambiente y protección de datos, establecidos por la organización.
