Maintenance Worker

• Vocational training, preferably FP, ETPII, or an equivalent qualification that enables the performance of the position.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

At least 1 year

• Knowledge of the scope of intervention in social centers or similar.
• Good communication skills and public orientation.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to doing a job well.

• Gross annual salary: 22,687.04€

The workplace is located in Zaragoza.

• Preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations.
• Basic maintenance in locksmithing, masonry, aluminum carpentry, and metal welding.
• Attention and resolution of urgent breakdowns.
• Coordination of external services in areas such as air conditioning and heating, fire protection installations, lifting equipment, generator sets, access control, intercoms, and television circuits.
• Supervision of fuel storage installations.
• Occasional collaboration in group educational activities related to the maintenance of the facilities.

• Contract type: replacement contract due to temporary disability (IT).
• Full-time.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00 h/ from 12:00h to 20:00h
