At Fundación Rey Ardid, we are looking for a kitchen assistant for our elderly residence in VALDERROBRES. We are looking for committed, organized people with sensitivity towards care for people.

Duties

• Design, prepare, and carry out the daily meals for the residents.
• Prepare breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners taking into account the different established diets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of surfaces and kitchen equipment.
• Serve meals and collect the utensils used.
• Place weekly orders, receive, and check the delivered material.
• Maintain control of the monthly warehouse inventory.
• Design weekly menus and prepare special meals on significant dates.
• Supervise student internships in the kitchen, demonstrating the use of materials and best practices.
• Comply with the quality, safety, and documentation protocols established by the center.
• Collaborate in any other task related to their position assigned by the organization.

Conditions

• Permanent contract
• Full-time.
• Rotating shifts: morning shift from 7:00 to 14:30 // afternoon shift from 13:30 to 21:00 / split shift from 7:00 to 13:30 and from 18:00 to 21:00. Alternating weekends.
• Immediate start.
• Salary according to the Care for Dependency collective agreement + bonus
