The role

You will support the Principal Activations Manager in bringing exciting IP collaborations and in-game activations to life, ensuring our upcoming roadmap is implemented in the best possible way for our players.

Beyond delivering planned activations, you will also help shape what comes next: identifying new IPs, audiences and opportunities, and proposing creative concepts for future events and collaborations.

The role combines creativity, coordination and analysis. You will work closely with our game and marketing teams to develop engaging experiences while coordinating with external IP partners to ensure assets and content meet their guidelines and approval requirements.

You help deliver activations on time and to a high standard, keeping internal teams and external partners aligned throughout the process.

You understand our players and use available insights to contribute relevant ideas for IP collaborations and in-game experiences.

As you grow into the role, you become increasingly autonomous in coordinating activations, identifying opportunities and contributing ideas to the future roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the creative concept of in-game activations and how each IP can best be integrated into the game, from characters and cars to dialogue, content and game modes.
  • Support the Principal Activations Manager in coordinating activations from concept through implementation.
  • Collaborate with the game team to turn activation concepts into engaging experiences for players.
  • Ensure marketing plans around each activation, including social media, influencer campaigns and other promotional initiatives, are aligned with the in-game experience.
  • Gather, share and monitor IP guidelines to ensure in-game content and promotional materials meet partner requirements.
  • Coordinate the creation and approval of promotional assets, including trailers, web assets, screenshots and store descriptions.
  • Track the status of activation deliverables and communicate progress across the different teams involved.
  • Research potential IPs and collaboration opportunities based on player insights, market trends and audience fit.
  • Propose new concepts, themes and opportunities that could strengthen the future activations roadmap.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of video games and how player expectations differ across console, PC and mobile.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to produce clear and engaging copy.
  • Ability to use player insights, market research and available data to inform creative and commercial decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple deliverables and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to turn ideas into relevant concepts for in-game activations.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when coordinating feedback, requirements and approvals.
  • Creative and curious, always looking for new ideas, IPs, audiences and concepts to explore.
  • Organized and comfortable keeping track of multiple moving parts at the same time.
  • Proactive and comfortable contributing ideas rather than simply executing an existing plan.
  • Collaborative and able to work with people from very different disciplines.
  • Comfortable balancing creative ambition with production constraints, timelines and partner requirements.
  • Genuinely interested in creating experiences that resonate with players.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of cars, motorsport or racing culture.
  • Previous experience working with IPs, licensing, partnerships or branded collaborations.
  • Experience working on live-service games or in-game events.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners or rights holders.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Internship agreement for 6 months
  • Flexible schedule adapted to your student needs
  • Flexible work from home hybrid model
  • An exceptional, dynamic, demanding and motivating working environment within a fast-growing company
  • Free coffee in the office
  • Excellent local working conditions (quality of offices, geographical location of office in the centre of Barcelona)
