What you'll do

As a Field Supervisor (Supervisor/a de Servicios de Campo), you will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities at customer sites, managing internal teams, subcontractors, and other parties involved. Your main objective will be to ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with quality standards, safety (EHS), and established technical procedures.

You will act as the main person responsible for all field operations, ensuring proper work planning, resource coordination, compliance with safety requirements, and appropriate communication with the customer and the various stakeholders throughout the entire project cycle.

Main responsibilities

  • Plan interventions in coordination with support teams and organize travel logistics.

  • Validate prerequisites and authorize the start of work with the customer.

  • Assess the competencies of technical and subcontracted personnel, providing training when necessary and ensuring their proper understanding.

  • Assign tasks and coordinate the team in the field, and supervise logistics and resources at the site.

  • Perform operational technical tasks related to high-voltage equipment.

  • Monitor project deadlines and costs, ensuring compliance.

  • Make operational decisions within your scope, with prior validation from the plant/factory when applicable.

  • Report project progress to the Project Manager and the coordination team, as well as organize project closure and ensure the proper return of equipment.

  • Prepare final technical documentation and train new team members.

  • Possibly carry out the installation/removal of test generators and perform dielectric tests.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or Vocational Training (FP) in Electricity or Automation

  • Experience in high-voltage operations and work with multidisciplinary teams in multinational environments, as well as the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.

  • Solid knowledge and rigorous compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS) regulations.

  • Proficient use of computer tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Hold a valid type B driving license.

  • Availability to travel within Spain, as this is a 100% field-based position, as well as proficiency in Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) of 60 hours.

  • Certification for work on high and/or low voltage.

  • Certification for work at height.

  • Certification in handling SF6/g³ gases.

  • Training and/or certification for operating an overhead crane.

How you'll work

  • This is a permanent position with an indefinite contract.

  • This role is 100% field work and requires availability to travel, providing support on national and international projects, depending on business needs.
