The role

Foster the creation of secure bonds between the infants and their reference figures.
Promote spaces for play, experimentation, socialization, and stimulation suitable for early childhood.
Offer guidance, support, and educational tools for the development of parenting skills.
Participate in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of the service's activities and projects.
Carry out interviews and follow-up with participating families.
Coordinate with social services, educational centers, health services, and other local agents when necessary.
Prepare records, follow-up reports, and technical documentation related to socio-educational intervention.
Encourage family participation and their connection with the municipality's community network.
Participate in team meetings, technical coordinations, and spaces for service planning and evaluation.
