Project Management Engineer (Technical Office)

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering.
• Intermediate level of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proficiency in office tools.
• Intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project monitoring skills.
• Ability to work in a coordinated manner with multiple departments and manage different priorities simultaneously.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or engineering within the process industry.
• Knowledge of industrial products with a high technical component, such as valves, pumps, piping systems, process equipment, or industrial machinery.

At Gi Group we are working with a company specialized in the design, manufacturing, and supply of industrial valves for international projects within the process industry.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering who want to develop a role with a global project vision, coordinating all phases from launch to final delivery to the client.

You will be responsible for coordinating the full development of projects, ensuring proper monitoring of all phases, coordination between the different departments involved, and compliance with deadlines, documentation, and client requirements.

• Coordination and full monitoring of projects from launch to final delivery to the client.
• Coordination with the Projects, Purchasing, Production, Design, Logistics, and Warehouse departments to ensure the proper development of each project.
• Review and control of all project documentation: purchase orders, order confirmations, drawings, technical documentation, and packing lists.
• Continuous communication with manufacturers and clients throughout the entire project life cycle, ensuring compliance with deadlines and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitoring of product manufacturing and control of order status.
• Document management, ensuring timely and proper delivery of documentation and avoiding potential contractual penalties.
• Coordination of product inspections with external bodies when necessary.
