We are looking for someone with a technical profile oriented towards problem-solving, with an interest in working with the product, analyzing incidents in detail, and proposing effective solutions.

· Higher Level Vocational Training in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, Electronics, Automation, or similar. We will also value technical university degrees.

· Knowledge of electricity/electronics and handling of electronic equipment.

· Programming knowledge, especially Python.

· English B2 or higher.

· Customer orientation, analytical capacity, and eagerness to learn.

We will value previous experience in electronics, programming, testing, technical support, or incident resolution, although we are also open to profiles with a good technical foundation acquired during their training.

The role

Currently, from the TERRASSA delegation, we are looking for a SQA AND CUSTOMER QUALITY TECHNICIAN, for TERRASSA

What you'll do

Perform testing and validation of our products' firmware and software.
Resolve technical inquiries and incidents from customers.
Provide support during commissioning and startup processes.
Diagnose technical problems and manage product returns (RMA).
Collaborate with Industrialization and Quality in the analysis of manufacturing and hardware incidents.
Participate in the improvement of tools and test benches.
