We are looking for a Validation & Homologation Engineer to join one of the teams that BETWEEN has embedded at one of our main clients in the automotive sector, located in the Terrassa area.

We are looking for a person with a technical background in mechanical engineering and experience in automotive environments, with the ability to lead product quality and homologation and act as a technical reference for the client.

What you'll do

Lead FMEAs and ensure product quality and homologation throughout its life cycle.
Ensure compliance with OEM client requirements, applicable regulations, and product traceability.
Manage design changes, technical documentation, and reviews with the teams involved.
Coordinate the execution of prototypes, validation plans (DVP/PVT), and testing with the Testing area.
Collaborate with manufacturing and the client on product industrialization and optimization.

How will I do it?

You will work on-site with a maximum of 2 remote days per month, on a Monday to Friday schedule.
You will join a multidisciplinary technical team with direct communication with the French-speaking OEM reference client.
You will have tools and technical support to carry out your work in a highly demanding environment with continuous learning.

Requirements

University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive environment.
Experience managing FMEAs, APQP, DVP/PVT, and mechanical product homologation.
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (professional level).
Experience working with French-speaking OEMs (Stellantis, Renault, PSA/Peugeot) will be valued.
Experience with plastic parts will be valued.
