What you'll do
• Preparation of the bid in its three aspects: 1) Technical; 2) Economic; and 3) Administrative.
• Identifying evaluation criteria and technical requirements necessary for submitting bids for each tender.
• Preparation of measurements for their economic study
• Joint feasibility analysis.
• Economic bid proposal.
• Preparation and compilation of documentation necessary for bidding: downloading and reading tender documents, completing forms, preparing and reviewing administrative, technical, and economic documentation
• Monitoring of tenders
• Staying updated on market trends and changes in regulations that may affect tenders
• Organizing and filing documentation related to tenders
• Monitoring the bid until its execution, keeping a record of submitted bids and their results
• Maintaining and searching for new suppliers and industrial partners
