The role

We are looking to immediately hire a Studies Technician (m/f) at our Madrid offices to analyze projects and prepare competitive technical and economic bids.

Construction company specialized in building and rehabilitation with a long track record.
Combines technical expertise and efficient management (public and private works).

What you'll do

The person joining as a Studies Technician (m/f) will be responsible for the following duties:

Preparation of construction cost estimates.
Supplier market analysis.
Requesting quotes and negotiating with suppliers regarding prices, quality, and delivery times.
Drafting and finalizing construction contracts.
Management, control, and procurement of construction equipment and materials.
Support and assistance to site operations from the office.
Cost control of construction projects.
Preparation of certifications.
Dealings with public entities (opening of C.T.s, occupancy permits, etc.).

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The person joining as a Studies Technician (m/f) must meet the following requirements:

Technical training
At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar position.
Good command of Presto software.
Strong negotiation and planning skills.
Skill in dealing with clients and suppliers.
