We are looking for a Studies and Bids Technician for Las Tablas (Madrid) to coordinate and prepare the technical, legal, and administrative documentation required for submitting bids in public or private tendering processes, ensuring the feasibility, legality, and competitiveness of proposals through rigorous analysis of technical and economic studies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

The main duties will be:

Gather and organize the legal, administrative, and financial documentation required to prepare valid bids.

Ensure that bids and studies comply with all applicable legal, administrative, and regulatory requirements.

Review and validate the studies prepared by the Delegations, ensuring their technical coherence and economic feasibility.

Draft and compile the technical documentation required for each tender, ensuring its suitability to the specifications and client requirements.

Identify and analyze the technical, economic, and legal risks of each bid, proposing mitigation measures and ensuring compliance with risk regulations.

Collaborate with technical, legal, and financial teams to ensure the coherence and quality of submitted bids.

Manage bid preparation and submission timelines, ensuring compliance with the deadlines established in the specifications.

Manage and update standard documentation and templates used in bid preparation.

Propose improvements to bid preparation procedures to increase efficiency and competitiveness.

Analyze the tender specifications and identify key requirements, restrictions, or competitive advantages.

Prepare and manage clarification requests to contracting authorities when necessary.

University degree in Industrial, Mining, Agricultural Engineering and/or related fields.

University Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design and/or related fields.
