What we're looking for

Required education

University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, and/or related fields.

Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, and/or related fields.

Necessary experience

Minimum accredited professional experience of between 4-5 years performing functions similar to those described.

Languages

Spanish native level.

English B2 level (documentation, technical reading).

Computer skills

Advanced level Office 365 suite.

Nice to have

Desirable training:

Master's Degree in Project Management or Public Procurement.

We are looking for a Studies and Tenders Technician for Las Tablas (Madrid) to coordinate and prepare the technical, legal, and administrative documentation necessary for the submission of tenders in public or private bidding processes, ensuring the viability, legality, and competitiveness of the proposals through the rigorous analysis of technical and economic studies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

Gather and organize the legal, administrative, and financial documentation necessary for the preparation of valid tenders.

Ensure that tenders and studies comply with all applicable legal, administrative, and regulatory requirements.

Review and validate the studies prepared by the Delegations, guaranteeing their technical coherence and economic viability.

Draft and compile the technical documentation required for each tender, ensuring its adequacy to the specifications and client requirements.

Identify and analyze the technical, economic, and legal risks of each tender, proposing mitigation measures and ensuring compliance with risk regulations.

Collaborate with technical, legal, and financial teams to ensure the coherence and quality of the submitted tenders.

Manage the preparation and submission times for tenders, ensuring compliance with the deadlines established in the specifications.

Manage and update standard documentation and the templates used in the preparation of tenders.

Propose improvements in the tender preparation procedures to increase efficiency and competitiveness.

Analyze the specifications and detect key requirements, restrictions, or competitive advantages.

Prepare and manage requests for clarification to the contracting authorities when necessary.
