The role

What you'll do

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Studies Technician in Madrid responsible for coordinating and preparing the technical, legal, and administrative documentation necessary for the submission of bids in public or private tender processes, ensuring the viability, legality, and competitiveness of the proposals through the rigorous analysis of technical and economic studies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Their functions will be the following:

- Preparation of bids for Green Infrastructure, MSW, and Street Cleaning tenders.

- Data collection, in the field, using Geographic Information Systems tools and software.

- Data management and analysis, for the purpose of performing the dimensioning of the various services.

- Collaborate with the technical department by providing support in the analysis of specifications and the preparation of bids to contribute with your knowledge and experience to the awarding of new contracts for the delegation.

- Perform technical studies to obtain the information necessary to draft the technical report, dimensioning the collection and street cleaning service, both in terms of human resources and machinery, and waste volume.

- Perform cost analysis to prepare the economic report for bids or tenders.

- Collaborate with the Service Manager in the preparation of the annual contract budget, its revisions throughout the year, and monthly closings, analyzing any deviations found and proposing corrective measures.

- Foster the relationship with the client to guarantee their satisfaction and identify other possible additional needs to be met.

- Maintain fluid relationships with the municipal managers of the waste collection service.

- Propose all types of improvements and innovations in the collection service.

- Supervise and analyze decentralized purchases within their management scope to facilitate the economic control of expenses linked to each contract.

- Supervise compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention and Quality and Environment.

- Preparation of technical reports.

- Collaborate with the various departments of the delegation: HR, Service Managers, Administration, Quality,

- Occupational Risk Prevention, etc., to obtain the information necessary to deliver the bids within the established deadline.
