IT Project Manager

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.

• Solid foundation of software development knowledge, providing vision and understanding of the needs of technical teams.

• Experience in management, coordination, or monitoring of projects within technological areas.

• Experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and process definition.

• Knowledge of monitoring and management tools such as Jira.

• Experience in reporting, metrics, indicators, and the preparation of executive presentations.

• Ability to work transversally with multiple interlocutors and business and technology areas.

• Experience in complex corporate environments, especially in banking or insurance.

• Participation in monitoring, governance, or architecture management committees.

• Experience in process definition and improvement.

• Knowledge of the Bizzdesign Horizzon tool.

About the Team

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the Glintt Next team, to carry out the coordination, analysis, and monitoring of technological initiatives, ensuring the correct execution of governance processes and providing visibility on the status of projects to the different stakeholders.

How do we imagine you?

• Manage and coordinate initiatives and projects within the unit, as well as prepare functional documentation, procedures, and support materials related to the managed initiatives.

• Monitor projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, priorities, and objectives.

• Coordinate with different areas and stakeholders to gather information, resolve dependencies, and provide visibility on the progress of initiatives.

• Analyze requirements and participate in the design and improvement of internal processes.

• Prepare presentations and executive reports for different forums and monitoring committees.

• Identify, communicate, and escalate blockers that may impact the development of initiatives.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and deviations, proposing mitigation actions.

• Define, consolidate, and analyze metrics and indicators to facilitate decision-making.

• Use monitoring and reporting tools such as Jira to ensure the control and traceability of initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement proposals that help optimize the processes and operations of the unit.
