💡 What will you do?

• You will be in constant contact with the latest technological developments, driving digital transformation.
• You will participate in projects that have high visibility and make a difference with disruptive and specialized solutions across the entire value chain.
• You will be responsible for liaising with the client and managing the service on a full-time basis.
• You will lead the service maintenance team and be primarily responsible, jointly with the contract manager, for managing work planning, the quality of the service provided, and staffing needs for service delivery.
• You will manage demand, especially regarding effort, deadlines, and costs.
• You will collaborate with technology leaders in the sector who will be your inspiration and role models for continued professional growth.

✅ We are looking for people with demonstrable experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager in ICT projects.

✅ Education: Higher-level vocational qualification or university degree in ICT-related fields, telecommunications, computer science, etc.

✅ PMP Project Management, ITIL, or similar certifications.

✅ General technical knowledge of infrastructure equipment and network hardware.

✅ Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities across different infrastructure teams.

🕓 What does our selection process look like?

• Profile Review 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
• First Contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
• Technical Interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief tests on psychological competencies and English (if necessary).

• Estarás en contacto continuo con las novedades tecnológicas, impulsando la transformación digital.

• Serás el responsable de la interlocución con el cliente y de la gestión del servicio a tiempo total.
• Dirigirás el equipo de mantenimiento del servicio y serás el principal responsable de gestionar, de manera conjunta con el responsable del contrato, la planificación de los trabajos, la calidad del servicio prestado y las necesidades de personal para la prestación del servicio.
• Gestionarás la demanda, especialmente respecto a esfuerzos, plazos y costes.
• Colaborarás con referentes tecnológicos del sector que serán tu inspiración y en los que te reflejarás para seguir creciendo profesionalmente

✅ Buscamos personas con experiencia demostrable, de al menos 5 años, como Jefe/a de Proyecto en proyectos TIC

✅ Titulación: Grado formativo Superior o Grado universitario en ramas de conocimiento de tecnologías TIC, telecomunicación, informática, etc.

✅Formación o Certificación PMP Project Manager, ITIL o similares.

✅ Conocimiento general técnico de equipos de infraestructuras y equipamiento de Redes y seguridad.

✅Capacidad de planificación, organización y coordinación de actividades entre diferentes equipos de infraestructuras.
