Electromechanical Maintenance Personnel

Training: Higher or intermediate vocational training cycle related to the professional families of electricity, electronics, automation and robotics, mechatronics, mechanics, and industrial maintenance.

Professional experience: At least twelve months of experience in the sector or in industrial maintenance.

• Approved certifications related to the position (authorized electrician, refrigeration technician, plumbing, etc.)
• Knowledge of automation and SCADA systems.
• Welding skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs.
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics.
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of pump repair, assembly, and disassembly.
• Knowledge of plumbing and/or boilermaking installations.

At Global Omnium, we are looking to hire electromechanical maintenance personnel in Boecillo (Valladolid) to ensure the correct operation, conservation, and availability of the facilities and equipment that form part of the integral drinking water cycle.

• Both corrective and preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Completion of assigned maintenance orders in a timely and proper manner.
• Verification of the correct operation of the equipment and the state of the facilities.
• Early detection of anomalous operations and deficient conservation status of the facilities.
• Proper handling of instrumentation and tools specific to the required maintenance operations (associated with corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance, etc.). Including vehicles and other external means made available to them.
• Diagnosis and localization of faults within their professional scope (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Assembly and commissioning of equipment.
• Registration of operations in the GMAO management tool in a timely and proper manner.
• Follow-up of established procedures in those jobs where required.
• Supervision of the use and handling of equipment and facilities by the facility operating personnel.
