Workshop Personnel (second-class skilled worker)

Carrying out maintenance and repair tasks on our bus fleet.

• Diagnose and solve problems in advanced electrical and mechanical systems.

• Participate in the installation and maintenance of state-of-the-art systems such as high-voltage batteries and driving sensors.

• Collaborate with the technical team to implement process improvements.

• Contract type: Permanent.

• Working day: Full-time.

• Schedule: rotating shifts, morning (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and afternoon (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM). 1 weekly on-call shift per month will be performed.

• Salary: 1,676€ gross per month approximately + on-call shifts.

We are looking for a mechanic or electromechanic, first-class skilled tradesperson, for our workshop located in Arinaga (Gran Canaria).

If you have intermediate or higher training in electrical mechanics or automotive engineering, and you are interested in working for our company, do not hesitate to apply!

• Education: Intermediate or advanced vocational training in mechanics, electromechanics, or related disciplines.

• Experience: Experience in maintaining electric or hybrid vehicles is valued (not essential—we will train you!).

• Interest in innovation: A passion for new technologies and continuous learning.

• Attitude: Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork.

• Holding a D license (bus) will be positively valued.

Realizar tareas de mantenimiento y reparación en nuestra flota de autobuses.

• Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas en sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos avanzados.

• Participar en la instalación y mantenimiento de sistemas de última generación como baterías de alto voltaje y sensores de conducción.

• Colaborar con el equipo técnico para implementar mejoras en los procesos.

• Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.

• Jornada laboral: Completa.

• Horarios: turnos rotativos, de mañana (7.00-15.00) y de tarde (15.00-22.00). Se realizará 1 guardia semanal al mes.

• Salario: 1.676€ brutos al mes aproximadamente + guardias.
