Sales Promoter - Alicante Airport (Substitution)

We are looking for someone with commercial drive, excellent communication skills, and a genuine customer focus.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or product promotion.

• Advanced English, both spoken and written. Part of the selection process will be conducted in English.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, according to the schedule.

• Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts.

• Goal orientation and ability to work with sales indicators.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in connecting with customers of different nationalities.

• Proactivity, initiative, good presentation, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work as part of a team and handle busy periods with ease.

We will particularly value:

• Experience in premium environments, luxury, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion, or travel retail will be a plus.
