Senior SAP SD Consultant - Freelance

Remuneration to be defined according to profile and experience.

• Experience in SAP SD
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in SAP SD.
• At least 2 complete (end-to-end) implementation projects or roll-outs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in international or multi-country projects.
• Minimum B2 English, for meetings, documentation, and workshops in English.
• Availability to work on-site in Rivas-Vaciamadrid.

• SD organizational structure: sales organization, distribution channel, division, sales areas, offices, and sales groups.
• Master data: customers / Business Partner (S/4HANA), materials (sales views), customer-material info records.
• Complete Order-to-Cash cycle: quotations, orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, deliveries, picking, goods issue, and billing.
• Pricing determination: calculation schemes, condition types, access sequences, discounts, surcharges, and taxes.
• Document, item, and division types, including their copy control.
• Determinations: shipping point, route, plant, G/L accounts (VKOA), and texts.
• Availability check (ATP) and shortage management.
• Credit management (SAP Credit Management / FSCM).
• Messages and outputs: NAST and/or Output Management in S/4HANA.
• Special processes: returns, credit and debit memos, consignment, free-of-charge orders, down payment requests, and milestone billing.
• Intercompany sales and third-party orders (third party / drop shipment).
• Rebates / Settlement Management (Condition Contract Management in S/4HANA).
• Integration with other modules: FI (invoice posting, customer accounts), MM, LE/WM/EWM, PP, and CO-PA.
• Foreign trade: basic export management, Incoterms, and international taxes.
• Interfaces: IDocs / EDI (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC).
• Tax localization and electronic invoicing in multi-country projects (valuable).
• SAP SD / S/4HANA Sales Certification.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM, TM, or GTS.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in roll-outs with a global template.
• Notions of ABAP for debugging and incident analysis.

Project Type: International

We are looking for an SAP SD consultant with a MINIMUM of 3 YEARS of Experience to join an international project. The person will be part of the sales and distribution functional team. They will participate in design, configuration, testing, and go-live support, in coordination with key users, other SAP modules, and teams from other countries.

• Gather and analyze business requirements in the commercial and distribution area.
• Prepare functional documentation: blueprint, functional designs, and specifications for developments (RICEFW).
• Configure (customizing) the SD module end-to-end.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, integration) on the definition and validation of developments.
• Prepare and execute unit, integrated, and UAT testing, and manage incidents.
• Provide support for the migration of master and open data.
• Train key users and support the go-live and hypercare phases.
• Resolve incidents and propose process improvements.

Modality: On-site, with 6 days per month of remote work

Contract: Freelance Collaboration

Location: Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid)

Duration of Collaboration: 6 to 12 months.
