The role
What you'll do
At Avintia, we are looking to hire After-sales Technicians for residential projects in different areas of Málaga (Málaga, Mijas, and Estepona).
Reporting to the Technical Director, they will be responsible for managing the after-sales service of the assigned project(s):
• Preparation of the list of touch-ups detected by customers.
• Reception of incidents, management, and coordination of the necessary teams for their resolution.
• Verification of the rectification of works.
• Management of sign-offs of conformity.
• Report preparation.
Requirements
• Technical Architect, Building Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum demonstrable experience of 1 year in top-tier construction companies.
